Stainless steel is one of our favorite metals at Rose and Clay, and there are A LOT of reasons why.
First of all, stainless steel jewelry is completely hypoallergenic. It is safe for all skin types and won't cause any kinds of skin irritations or allergic reactions. It also doesn't rust or tarnish over time like many other metals, even with little to no maintenance. It can be exposed to water and sweat without discoloring occuring, meaning it is great to be worn for days, weeks, or even months at a time, even while showering and exercising. While certainly not indestructible, stainless steel tends to be a lot more durable than a lot of metals like, gold silver and brass because it is a naturally harder material.
